How to Begin Supporting the Galyens
Thanks for your interest in supporting this ministry. Below you will find step by step instructions as to how to become one of our financial partners.
1. Decide whether you want to donate via personal check, a monthly credit/debit payment, or online.
2. For Personal Checks: Print and fill out the Missionary Commitment Form and write your first check and made out to “Shawn Galyen #291880-3. (skip to step 4)
3. For Monthly Debit/Credit: Print and Fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form . Send to address in step 4.
4. Make sure all forms and checks are filled out completely and mail them to the following address: AG World Missions, 1445 N. Boonville Ave., Springfield, MO 65802
5. For Online giving, fill out this form https://secure1.ag.org/contributions/detail.cfm?LedgerID=5fcdbae2-8aaa-453c-ae01-6999919bdf51. If you want to give regularly, please proceed to step 6.
